How to Use:
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 capsules at bedtime as needed. Do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Use only as directed on the label.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Ibuprofen 200 mg (NSAID – pain reliever)

• Diphenhydramine citrate 38 mg (nighttime sleep aid)

Inactive Ingredients:
Carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C blue no. 1, gelatin, pharmaceutical ink, polyethylene glycol, potassium hydroxide, purified water, sorbitan, sorbitol, and others.

Warnings:

• Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.

• May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating machinery.

• Stomach bleeding warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding.

• Ask a doctor before use if you have a history of stomach problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver disease, or kidney disease.

• Not for use in children under 12 years of age.

• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
